12:30 pm- No electricity here since 6 am.

1 pm - It's cloudy outside; the wind is at a standstill. The day is getting darker by the hour.

1:30 pm - I switch on the radio set and hear a weird static, followed by the usual jingle of the still operating channel and then the RJ starts to narrate his usual stories of the hauntings of COVID-23.

6 pm - It is raining, we need to get our wall rain proofed. Also we need to add anti-COVID rain sheild in my essentials list next month.

8 pm - The municipal corporation came for a regular check-up, found 3 bodies 😓. This time the victims of the rain were the Sharma family.

9 pm - The electricity is back well for an hour. Hopefully it will be enough to charge my backup batteries.

11 pm - I hear a cat outside, its strange because all the cats were infected in our area 3 years ago. It was a blood bath of cats on the road. Soon after I lost ginger.
